Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • IT Recruitment (for perm hires, contract hires & internships)
  • Screening of IT positions’ CVs and updating of recruitment statistics for reporting
  • Liaise with hiring managers on job descriptions and their short-listing
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies for recruitment needs
  • Liaise with schools for internship requests, submission and hiring
  • Arrange & administering interviews & interview tests (no need to conduct interviews)
  • Tracking of recruitment status
  • Collection of data for Jobs Bank requirements
  • Onboarding preparation and familiarization for interns
  • Propose recruitment strategies or streamlining of recruitment processes as deemed fitting
  • IT Finance o Data entry of invoices
  • Key in invoices via Adobe e-sign and send to verifiers for verification
  • Key in invoices in SAP R8P, for payment approvers to approve
  • Test and find out the feasibility of any HR or Finance processes that may be implemented.
  • Ad-Hoc HR/Finance-related duties (if any).

Requirements:

  • Minimum a diploma, preferably in HR else with at least a year of HR work experience
  • Knowledge of SAP R8P will be an added advantage
  • Able to manage confidential data professionally and discreetly
  • Some basic Microsoft Office knowledge (e.g. excel formula) is preferred
  • Conscientious & meticulous
  • Good administrative and organising skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
