Roles & Responsibilities

ROLE INTRODUCTION


This role encompasses managing all administrative tasks, fostering smooth communication between our company’s clients and dispatch riders, and ensuring efficient service delivery through precise coordination and adept problem-solving.


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Input and manage job orders accurately within our company's order management system.
  • Act as the main point of contact for our dispatch riders, assigning orders promptly and providing comprehensive information to facilitate successful deliveries.
  • Monitor the progress of dispatched orders closely, updating their status in the system and proactively addressing any delays or concerns.
  • Collaborate closely with dispatch riders to optimize routes and schedules, ensuring efficient order fulfillment.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a smooth workflow and resolve any operational challenges that may arise.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • Any additional duties that may be assigned.

FORMAL EDUCATION OR CERTIFICATION


Secondary Education or with relevant certifications


Knowledge & Experience


  • Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
  • Proficiency in computer hardware (printers, scanners etc)
  • Proficiency in computer software (email, Slack, order management system)
  • Officer/Dispatcher experience
