Customer Service Coordinator

Job Description & Requirements
- Report to and support Account Director & Manager to maintain, develop and grow existing and new client accounts.
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the Directors
- Able to analyse clients’ needs and understand client goals and provide relevant support and advices.
- Ensure project meet deadlines and match client expectations
- Coordinate with internal creative team and external suppliers to align on project tasks
- Maintain the consistency of the Company brand and enhance the brand value
Job Requirement
- Diploma or above in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
- 1 - 2 year(s) of experience in account management or customer service is an advantage
- Strong organisational skills to handle multiple client accounts
- Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication & presentation skills
- Highly motivated, positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Hardworking, fast learner and able to work independently and in a team player in a fast-paced environment
