Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Scan patient’s file and to reply email
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments , follow up Dental Treatment
  • Greet patients and create forms for the clinic
  • Consul patients who are doing complex procedures
  • Walking through the registration process
  • Verbally and mentally preparing the patients for their treatments
  • Develop and implement organized systems
  • Coordinating and presenting Treatment plans with skills to educate patient.
  • Explain the different financial payment options to the patient
  • Collect payment over the counter and to follow up on due payments
  • Assisting submit the insurance or Medisave forms for this group of patients
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Great attitude , Enthusiastic , motivated
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to use Ipas, Apple pencil and Microsoft Surface Pro, and other softwares
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Dependable and people’s skills
  • Must be a Team player
  • Eager to learn as training will be provided
  • Prior dental clinic experience is a big plus
  • Must be able to work 2 evening shifts every week, and a full-day on Saturday or Sunday
