Finance & Admin Executive


ACCOUNTING BOOKKEEPER

Job Description & Requirements: Handle full set of accounts


Perform bank transactions, updating bank balances and providing bank summary


Prepare monthly closing schedules


Perform reconciliation of monthly accounting schedules, intercompany and bank transactions


Data entry of invoices and journal, and updating of management accounts.


Use of accounting software (QuickBooks) and relevant software applications


Know and adhere to statutory requirements and timelines


Assist with local and overseas tax obligations


Perform payroll processing functions


Provide administrative support


Work closely with all business counterparts on any matters that have financial impact


Assist to provide information to stakeholders


Ensure confidentiality and maintain security of information at all times.


Any other ad-hoc assignments


Requirements:

· Able to start work on within short notice

· Able to Handle full set of accounts

· Recognised Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with 3-5 years of working experience

· Require Quickbooks software knowledge

· Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in Excel and Word

· Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

· Team player, able to multi-task, work independently with self-initiative

· Good interpersonal and communications skills

· Working hours: 9:00am to 6:30pm (Mon-Fri)
