Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

  • To provide customer service support including administration, trade, and telemarketing support to the Integrated Environmental Solutions Department.
  • To introduce and explore new potential customers in waste/cleaning contract, assist in renewal of existing contracts and maintain good customer relationships.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Contract Database Management including various aspects of document control such as document archiving and document imaging, create and maintain a filing system that supports efficient information management and control the numbering, filing, sorting, updating and retrieval of both electronic and paper record in accurate and efficient manner.
  • Ensure the smooth, adequate, and accurate flow of information within the company to facilitate business operation.
  • Coordinate department administrative procedures and systems to streamline processes.
  • Telemarketing roles to support Sales Functions
  • Receive incoming calls and emails; take messages, respond appropriately and route correspondence to the appropriate person-in-charge. Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to handle customer complaints and issues.
  • Proactively engage with customers, identifying opportunities for improvements and upsell or cross-sell potential solutions.
  • Preparation of quotations, costings, sales and management reports
  • To execute day-to-day functions effectively and efficiently
  • Conduct regular review audits to ensure information on all records is accurate and up to date.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Job Specifications/Requirements:

a) Qualifications

  • At least GCE O Level.

b) Experience

  • Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
  • For candidate who have strong sales background might be considered for a sales executive role.

c) Skills & Knowledge

  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in words/excel/PowerPoint

d) Personal Qualities

  • Independent and positive attitude.
