Our Client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Admin to join their dynamic team. The Sales Admin will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by managing administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth processing of orders, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing:
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Generate invoices and manage documentation for all sales transactions.
Customer Service:
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing information about products, pricing, and order status.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to gather market intelligence and customer feedback.
- Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
Database Management:
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Keep track of inventory levels and assist in managing stock levels.
Communication:
- Liaise with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Communicate effectively with external partners, suppliers, and customers.
Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years of experience in sales administration or a similar role.
- Proven experience in sales administration or a related role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
