Job offer: Sales Admin


Job Description:

Primary Role

1. Proposal/Quotation Writing

2. Preparing documents for submission of proposals

3. Following up with sales enquiries

4. All admin matters related to sales and camps

5. Answering calls and following up with queries


Secondary Role

1. Assisting operations team in administrative matters

2. Packing of light items for delivery

3. Setting up training room for meetings and interviews


Requirement

1. Higher Nitec, A level undergraduates/graduates or Diploma any field (certificates relating to events or the outdoor industry will be an added bonus)

2. Able to multi task and work in a fast paced environment

3. Good customer service and interpersonal skills

4. Good team player

5. Good with numbers and meticulous in details


Working Days & Hours

1. 5 days work week

2. Weekdays - 0900 to 1800
