Looking for a meticulous admin assistant who has high initiatives and good at multi-tasking



Job Responsibilities:

  • Quick in response to clients' enquiries both through whatsapp & phone calls (both in English and Mandarin)
  • Writing summary reports
  • Generate invoices and ensure timely processing and payment.
  • Act as the key person for handling all backend matters
  • Work collaboratively with sales team to support overall business objectives.
  • Manage calendar and schedule of bookings for sales team.
  • Upkeep of records and documentation.
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.


Salary: $2500

Work Hours: 9am - 6pm

Working Location: UBI VERTEX
