HR Assistant cum Receptionist

- Administrative duties such as attending to phone calls, visitors, courier services, mails processing, distribution of mails and activities logs and records
- Coordinate repairs to office equipment
- Maintain directory (contact details)
- Worker Pass application, renewal and cancellation
- Assist in training registration
- Application of foreign worker PA and MYE
- Assist to manage foreign worker accommodation
- Handling foreign worker disciplinary issues and grievances
- Foreign worker security bond
- Foreign worker tax clearance
- MOM matters and survey
- Foreign worker related matters
- At least 3 year experiences in the construction company
- Communication in English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associate
- Other administrative & front desk duties and ad-hoc duties as assigned
