Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilites:


a) Review and structure the digitalization roadmap to enable the staff to work efficiently and effectively for internal and external collaboration

b) Review the structure for website and CRM set up and content repository as per PDPA requirement

c) CRM for Members and clients

d) Content push for website and social media platforms

e) 3rd party solutions implementation for external engagement, recruitment, job assignment and report(s).

f) 3rd party case management/wound management for our clients

g) Solutions Evaluations and Implementations

h) Develop SOW for solution RFP/RFQ

i) Application of grants from the various agencies

j) Award of contracts and review agreements

k) Manage implementation and internal change management.
