Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Case Manager – New Business to support our sales consultants in managing complex insurance applications efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be proficient in the New Business application process, including adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, New Business Process Flow, and Underwriting requirements.
  • Prepare and ensure the accuracy of sales illustrations requested by business partners and sales consultants.
  • Maintain consistent engagement with sales consultants to assist in the preparation and management of insurance applications.
  • Provide professional and timely updates to team members and sales consultants regarding the status of insurance applications.
  • Accurately and promptly input client, meeting, and case file information into the CRM system.
  • Submit new business documents accurately and within the required timeframe.
  • Support team members with sales illustrations, case management, medical requirements, and presentations.
  • Ensure full compliance with Grandtag's internal policies and procedures, as well as MAS regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise between the New Business and Finance teams regarding paid reports and other business and financial reports.
  • Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in policy administration within an insurance brokerage or financial services environment.
  • Prior experience handling HNW clients and complex insurance cases is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, policy servicing processes, and compliance regulations.
  • Strong relationship development, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work under extreme deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and business partners).
