We are looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join our telesales team and drive our business forward by connecting with potential customers through cold calling.

Job Description:
As a Telesales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate outbound cold calls, introduce our services/products, and convert leads into customers. You will play a crucial role in growing our customer base and contributing to the overall success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients from a provided list.
  • Introduce and promote [Company Name] services/products in a compelling manner.
  • Qualify leads and convert leads into interested clients for the sales team.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive attitude during each call.
  • Record and track all activities and outcomes in our CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and sales.
  • Collaborate with the sales teams to refine lead generation strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or cold calling is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills with a persuasive and friendly approach.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems or willingness to learn.
  • GCE N or O Levels.
