Job Description:

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Follow a prepared script to provide information about financial products or services
• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and interests
• Identify and qualify sales leads through outbound calling efforts
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives to follow up with potential clients
• Record and track leads in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Answer customer questions and address concerns in a knowledgeable and professional manner
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided
