Data Centre Operator – Batch Operation

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with vendor requesting to access the Data Center for any repair, upgrade, or installation of equipment.
  • Daily Routine DC healthy check (such as temperature, humility, power, server, and network switch).
  • Respond to Data Center incident such as power trip, fire alarm, water leak, high temperature, etc, and escalate or report to relevant party/personnel.
  • Cabling and troubleshooting the networking cable.
  • Monitoring of Server and Network availability status.
  • Monitoring of server antivirus definition ensuring up to date and escalation if not so.

Requirements:

  • Willing to perform 12-hours Shift Work
  • Must be willing to enter construction environment (mandatory) - This requires candidates to put on safety helmet, safety vest, and safety shoe.
  • Have minimum 1 years working experience as Data Center Operator
