Sales Executive

Our este emed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Sales Executive (Chemical- Waste Management):
Job Responsibilities:
Perform sales functions as follows:
- Identify potential clients with precious metal refining needs across industries such as oil and gas, chemicals, aviation, semiconductors, and pharmaceuticals.
- Prepare and present proposals, conduct negotiations, and follow up closely with potential clients to track feedback, competitive responses, and decision-making progress.
- Communicate with clients regarding metal pricing, transfer requirements, and market updates.
- Monitor market trends, including precious metal pricing and customer job status, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the customer service team to maintain an updated customer database, ensuring accurate records of client details and interactions.
- Assist in improving the Customer Care Program by tracking customer satisfaction, addressing concerns, and responding to any changes in client operations, business strategy, or industry trends.
- Conduct market intelligence by gathering and analyzing industry data, including competitor strategies, market conditions, and emerging trends
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in managing accounts in the Asia market.
- Proven track record in key account management, sales pitching, and negotiation.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel overseas for business-related activities.
- Possess own transport
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 4,000 + Transport Allowance + Incentive + AWS + VB
- Working Location: Tuas Cresent
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5pm)
