PMO / Project Coordinator - 12 months contract

Responsibilities
PEOPLE
· Maintain Perm, Temp and Vendor resource inventory.
· Ensure staff reflected correctly in GEMS, PPM, etc.
· Track Temp and Vendor expiry and renewals.
· Track On-boarding / Off boarding etc.
· Time-sheet assignment.
PROCUREMENT
· Track Memos, SOW, Procurement records.
· Track Vendor payment.
· Filling contract documents.
ADHOC REQUESTS
· Coordinate info collection and submission (e.g. seating forecast, aging vendor payment, analytics, Budgeting, Performance Management, etc.
Skills/Requirement
· Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
· A friendly demeanor and ability to excel in a team-oriented environment.
· Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel).
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines.
· Ability to learn and adapt towards procedural changes.
