Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to plan, organize, and execute events that align with our company’s objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the creativity to deliver memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop event concepts, timelines, and budgets.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure seamless execution of event logistics.
  • Logistics Coordination: Oversee event setup, registration processes, and on-site management during events.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in promoting events through social media, email campaigns, and other channels.
  • Budget Management: Track expenses and ensure events are delivered within budget constraints.
  • Post-Event Analysis: Gather feedback, analyze event performance, and prepare reports to identify areas of improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure all events comply with relevant regulations, including safety protocols and licensing requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in event coordination or project management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite).
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.
