Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for the management of inbound and outbound of warehouse goods according to SOP, and ensure consistency of the orders and goods;

· Responsible for the skills and operations training, and improvement of work efficiency of warehouse operators;

· Responsible for the statistics of staffs’ attendance and attendance information, and standardize staffs' daily operations;

· Responsible for the statistics and sorting of warehouse and express parcels, and submit work reports on a monthly basis;

· Effective communication and coordination with other departments;

· Ensure compliance to safety standards and procedures;

· Any other tasks assigned by management.


Requirements:
  • Minimum diploma and above;
  • Experience in logistics industry will be an added advantage;
  • Required to handle heavy load from time to time
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office software, and advanced Excel skills for analysis reporting is a must;
  • Ability to work in a team and withstand pressure;
  • Strong command in both English & Chinese to handle queries and complaints from English & Chinese speaking stakeholders;
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed.
