Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Generate Goods Receipt Note/Warehouse Receipts and Delivery Orders accordingly
  • Manages warehouse inventory and maintains database
  • Generate Goods Receipt Note/Warehouse Receipts and Delivery Orders and submit to billing department/operations department once completed
  • Perform inbound cargo checking and outbound cargo checking.
  • Ensure all cargoes are appropriately labelled for storage
  • Ensure all documents related to good receiving and goods releasing are kept in order in the database
  • Plan and coordinate with customer service teams to ensure timely operations (shipments clearance and delivery) execution.
  • To fulfil customer request and immediate resolve if complaint arise.
  • To ensures all inventory transaction are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy.
  • To conduct inventory count and assist to verify stock discrepancies.
  • To ensures the security and accountability of materials and goods with inventory control.
  • To ensure filing of documents is completed on time and accurately.
  • Ensure functional activities integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, regulatory compliance, and customer needs.
  • To send out daily/weekly/monthly reports as per customer's requirements
  • To support on billing reports when tasked
  • Performs other job related functions as and when required by superior.
  • Other adhoc tasks as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology.
  • Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.
  • Proficient in MS. Officer, computer knowledge and operating scanning equipment;
  • Positive customer service skills with an ability to communicate eloquently and effectively;
  • Desire to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment and able to handle stressful conditions;
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision, selfinitiated.

Education and Experience:

  • Diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least two years of work experience in a warehouse required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Ability to move around the warehouse.
**Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
