Job Description
- Handle the daily HR operations and assist the full spectrum of HR functions.
- Assisting with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting initial screening interviews, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
- Supporting the development and execution of onboarding programs to ensure new hires feel welcomed and prepared for success.
- Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation, and issuance.
- Prepare all the HR-related letters and forms per the employee lifecycle.
- Manage E-Leave via the Info-Tech System.
- Prepare HR-related reports for the HOD.
- Organize company-wide events such as employee engagement activities, team-building exercises, dinners, family days, and active days.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Job Requirement
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of generalist experience in HR and administration.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations is an advantage.
- Someone who prefers to work in fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
