8 am to 4.30 pm

8.5 hours (including one hour of lunch)

Scope of Services

The Services required are set out as follows:

  • To assist the Administration Manager (AM) / Leaders in the day-to-day operation of the front counter, in general administration and in the service excellence initiatives to achieve positive customer relations and satisfaction level.

The Personnel's duties and responsibilities include:

  • Handle phone calls, walk-ins and general
  • Render first level assistance to walk-in needs including sick and injured students. To escalate case to other colleagues in the office immediately if it is beyond superficial cases
  • Communicate with teachers regarding parents' messages from phone calls or walk-in parents
  • Manage items on loan and/or for collection as assigned by the Admin Manager or VPA
  • Manage stock of spare uniforms, office stationeries and pantry items
  • Manage snail mails as instructed by Admin Manager or VPA
  • Assist in the counting and sorting / distribution of brochures or leaflets / items to the teachers and students
  • Maintain stock of first aid supplies
  • Maintain the forms in General Office (ensure forms are current and replenished timely)
  • Maintain tidiness of the reception area at all times
  • Any ad-hoc admin duties assigned by the Leaders / AM
  • The Personnel is required to sign an undertaking to safeguard official information.

Qualifications

The Personnel must possess the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

· Academic qualification: at least GCE 'N' Level

· At least 2 years of relevant work experience

· Pleasant disposition and people-oriented

· Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

· First Aid Certification will be an added advantage
