Are you an experienced clinic administrator with strong organizational skills and a passion for providing excellent patient service? We are looking for a Clinic Admin cum Receptionist to join our team

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
Handle patient registrations, appointment scheduling, and inquiries professionally.
Plan and coordinate staff rosters to optimize clinic coverage.
Process billing, claims, and payments accurately.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
Utilize Plato clinic management system efficiently for administrative tasks.
Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.
Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and liaising with vendors.
Support doctors and healthcare professionals in administrative matters.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field.
At least 3 years of experience working in a clinic setting.
Proficiency in Plato clinic management system is a must.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
