What You'll Be Doing

  • Own It: Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions tailored to clients. Take full responsibility—your ideas matter here.
  • Get Creative: Problem-solving is your superpower. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with speed and ingenuity.
  • Be the Connector: Collaborate with clients to understand their challenges. They'll remember you for delivering real solutions, not excuses.
  • Stay Ahead: Optimize and streamline service processes. Keep learning and push boundaries—always be ahead of the curve.
  • Keep the Team on Point: Document key setups and workflows for everyone to benefit from your brilliance.

What You Bring

Tech Know-How:

  • Familiar with Windows or Linux systems? Awesome.
  • Understand networking, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), or cloud services like AWS or Azure? Even better.
  • Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery is great, but if not, we've got you covered with training.
  • Communication Ninja: You can simplify tech concepts so even a five-year-old (or a stressed-out client) can get it.
