Roles & Responsibilities

  • Full-time: 5 workdays per week(Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm), Part-time is also welcome.
  • Working: location at Yishun Area
  • Perform clerical and administrative duties
  • Data entry/Time card record
  • Administer employee's records and ensure required personal documents are in place
  • Registration and monitoring of training courses such as CSOC, Coretrade, etc, and their related renewal
  • Updating dormitory address and other accommodation arrangements for foreign workers
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Manager/Director.
