Singapore The Singapore Cheshire Home Full time

1. Coordiante the recruitment of staff including advertising, liaison with employment agencies, administration of employment contracts, arrangement for work permits / passess, medical examinaitons, conduct orientation for new employees and exit interview for resignees, administer staff performance appraisal, counselling, discplinary management and handling of grievances.

2. Administer staff benefits such as insurance renewals, medical/dental claims, long service awards, and planning of staff events.

3. Administer the time management system and keeping records of staff training records.

4. Assist in the review of job description, HR procesess and updates SOPs.

5. Identify, develop and initiate staff training and learnig programmes with a view of enhancing staff proficriency and professional in colloboration with the professional and superviory staff.

6. Preparation and submission of periodic manpower reports including liaison with Government agencies such MSF, SG Enable, NCSS, MOM on employment matters and Statistical Returns.

7. Assit in manpower planning, prepartion and review of budget, Annual Report, etc.

8. Assit the Nursing Officers in the welfare and supervision of non-professional workers, i.e. the Healthcare Assistants, including periodic inspection of staff dormitories to ensure cleanliness, hygience compliance with Safety regulations and Home's rules.

9. Assist in the area of houskeeping such as safe custody & issue of food stuff, groceries, laundry, etc. when necessary.

10. Administrative and secretarial support such as filling, recording minutes of meetings whenever required.

11. Cover the duites of staff who are on leave in the Administraiton Department when neccesary.

12. To perform any other reasonable duites requiered by Executive Director / Finance & HR Manager.
