Role - Admin and Management Assitant

Office location - Loyang Lane, 508920

Responsibilities

. Assist the general management and provide office administration support.

. Assist to prepare quotations and outgoing invoices for machines, spare parts, and service.

. Perform order processing duties and liaise with customers, logistic companies, and headquarters.

. Key in invoice information in Quickbooks.

. Update of internal lists (order income, quotations, travel overviews, supplier information etc).

. Handling of travel arrangements, hotel bookings, incoming phone calls etc.

. Active cooperation with other departments, headquarters and subsidiaries.

Qualifications

. At least 2 to 3 years of experience in similar capacity.

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

. Pro-active and motivated personality, able to work independently and do multi-task.

. Flexibility and ability to provide quick solutions to problems.

. Fluent in English.

. Proficient in MS Office applications.

. Knowledge of 'Quickbooks' or similar system is an advantage.
