Roles & Responsibilities

Are you passionate about creating a welcoming environment, building connections, and driving engagement? We're looking for a dynamic individual to manage The SandP1t—our physical hub—and develop our internal and external networks: the SandP1t Collective and the SandP1t Network.

Key Responsibilities1. Hub Operations (The SandP1t)
  • Maintain and oversee The SandP1t as a warm, inspiring, and functional workspace.
  • Ensure the physical environment supports productivity, collaboration, and creativity.
  • Provide on-site support for colleagues and guests as needed.
2. Guest Relations & Hospitality
  • Serve as a gracious host, creating memorable experiences for all visitors.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and warmth.
3. Internal Community Development (SandP1t Collective)
  • Plan and execute internal events that strengthen workplace culture and engagement.
  • Manage internal communications, including newsletters and initiatives that promote transparency and collaboration.
  • Foster connections across teams to build a cohesive and supportive workplace.
4. External Community Development (SandP1t Network)
  • Organize and represent the company at external events, partnerships, and collective engagements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to expand the SandP1t Network.
  • Create and share engaging content to promote the company's presence online and offline.
5. Executive Support
  • Provide strategic and operational support to leadership for events, communications, and ad hoc projects.

Work Location:
This role is office-based at The SandP1t. While daily attendance is not mandatory, being on-site as needed should feel natural and routine.
