Role and Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Duties: Utilize Microsoft Office applications to perform essential administrative tasks related to student inquiries and enrollment tracking.
  • Curriculum Familiarization: Develop a thorough understanding of the Educational Institution's curriculum and programs, focusing on academic excellence, student support, and community engagement. This will enable you to effectively communicate their benefits to potential students.
  • Student Engagement: Identify student needs and recommend suitable courses or programs that align with their interests and goals, ensuring a personalized experience.
  • Inquiry Management: Address student inquiries, both in-person and through online platforms, to provide timely information and facilitate the enrollment process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Student Coordinator to streamline the enrollment process and ensure a positive experience for new students.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze student feedback to identify areas for improvement in curriculum development, student support services, and overall student satisfaction.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrollment data for administrative purposes, facilitating effective reporting and analysis.
  • Additional Duties: Take on any other responsibilities as assigned by the Student Coordinator to support the overall operations of the institution.

Qualification:

  • Possess at least a diploma in any field.
  • Fresh graduates who are proactive and sales-driven are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in sales is an added advantage.
