Role Overview:
As a Business Development Executive Intern, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy by identifying new business opportunities and enhancing our market position in the managed cybersecurity sector. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, where you will gain hands-on experience in business development, sales, and marketing strategies within the IT and cybersecurity industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct detailed market analysis to identify potential clients and understand industry trends. Utilize this data to contribute to strategic planning and market expansion efforts.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize various strategies and tools to generate new leads. Engage in cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events to build a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Sales Support: Assist in developing and refining sales pitches, presentations, and proposals tailored to clients’ specific needs and cybersecurity challenges.
  • Client Engagement: Act as a liaison between potential clients and our technical team. Facilitate discussions to understand client requirements and demonstrate how Wissen International’s solutions can address their cybersecurity needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns that highlight our services and value proposition. Participate in trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions. Provide regular updates to the senior management team on progress, challenges, and market insights.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in an Institution of Higher Learning in Singapore. Fresh graduates may apply.
  • Strong interest in cybersecurity and understanding of basic IT concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical skills with a keen eye for details.
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or IT is a plus.
