Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing and overseeing transaction approvals and rejections, maintaining effective communication with payout vendors and clients, and ensuring smooth transaction processes. This role is crucial in ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


Transaction Management:

  • Review, approve, and reject transactions based on company policies and guidelines.
  • Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor transaction statuses and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.

Vendor and Client Communication:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with payout vendors and clients.
  • Communicate transaction statuses and updates to vendors and clients regularly.
  • Address and resolve any vendor or client inquiries related to transaction processes.

Operational Support:

  • Collaborate with the operations team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
  • Provide support in various operational tasks as needed.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.
  • Generate regular reports on transaction statuses and operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Must be fluent in Mandarin and Chinese.
  • Proven experience in an operations role, preferably within the finance or payment processing industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position.
  • Office-based role with occasional remote work flexibility.
  • May require occasional overtime to meet operational demands.
