Marketing & Digital Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Marketing/Digital Marketing Executive to join our awesome marketing team You will assist the Marketing Manager for setting up, implementing and managing the overall company's marketing and digital marketing strategy. You will also be tasked with developing budgets and expenditures, as well as coordination with R&D. You will assist the Marketing Manager in developing and managing our company's advertising campaign

Digital marketing strategies are extremely important for our company's success, so your role will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives.

We are expecting you to have experience and a big passion for digital technologies and all digital marketing channels.

Main Accountabilities


• Participate in developing and implementing the overall digital marketing strategy, including campaigns and promotions across all digital channels .


• Manage social media channels to drive engagements in the community


• Implement and tracking of paid ads across all digital channels


• End-to-end execution and management of digital marketing campaigns – from content generation and copywriting, to campaign tracking and reporting


• Updating and managing market places' content such as marketing content and company information


• Ensure all digital assets to be brand compliant according to company standards.


• Maintain good relationships with all market places and partners


• Manage the professional website content architecture and identify approaches / strategies to improve the website


• Manage consumer's enquiries on social media platform via Live Chat


• Provide off hour support during peak business activity period (i.e Festive, Double 11, special launches)


• Drive quality traffic to ecommerce sites to ensure conversions and sales.


• Administrative duties including handling all customer-related engagement in relation to delivery or product issues, special orders, online sales invoices and complaints etc.


• Manage our CRM system, email campaigns.


• Perform other duties as assigned.


• Strategize and manage all aspects of paid search from campaign setup, budget management, keyword research and optimization.

What we are looking for


• A strong command of English


• IT savvy. Strong computer skills, experience in SEM & SEO


• Proficiency in MS Excel


• basic knowledge of design software i.e Photoshop is an advantage


• Experience in managing market place or e-commerce sites preferred


• Up to date with latest technology developments on social media platforms


• Prior experience in Retail or FMCG is a plus


• Able to work in a fast-paced environment


• Live and breathe digital trends


• High energy with positive 'can do' attitude, and result driven


• Prior experience in social media management and digital paid ads.


• Able to communicate effectively across different departments and teams

Education & Experience


• Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing or related disciplines


• At least 2 years of relevant marketing experiences from related industries such as FMCG/Fashion Retail brands
