About SHOKZ:

As the first bone conduction headset manufacturer in China, Shokz pioneered the foray into patented bone conduction technology and has built itself as a world-renowned headphone brand with its signature open-ear design. Utilising numerous patented acoustics and health technologies in areas like bone conduction and other related acoustic technology, Shokz aims to accelerate the development of their True Wireless Stereo (“TWS”) series and their bone-conduction hearing aid product line.


Job Scope:
1.Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including but not limited to job demand analysis, recruitment channel selection, job posting, resume screening, telephone interview, on-site interview arrangement, background investigation, offer negotiation, etc., to ensure efficient recruitment and selection of outstanding talents.
2.Maintain and expand recruitment channels, optimize recruitment process and improve recruitment efficiency.
3.Work closely with departments to understand the needs of the departments and make reasonable recruitment plans.
4.Responsible for induction, probation management, job transfer, promotion, resignation and other procedures of employees in compliance with laws and regulations.
5.Participate in the performance management process, assist in the formulation of performance evaluation indicators, collect performance evaluation results, and provide basis for staff development.
6.Participate in the setting, optimization, implementation and updating of HR policies and processes.
7.Ensure HR policies and procedures are in compliance with Singapore laws and regulations and are updated and adjusted in a timely manner.
8.Responsible for daily office administration, such as office supplies procurement, equipment maintenance, file management, etc.
9.Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
10.Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.


Job Requirement:

1. 2-4 years HR related working experience, familiar with Singapore HR regulations and related processes, familiar with Singapore Employment Act, etc.

2. Have comprehensive recruitment and interview skills and be familiar with various recruitment channels.

3. Have good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills, and have strong problem-solving skills.

4. Good organizational skills and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.

5. Have good learning ability and self-drive.

6. Positive and optimistic, have passion on sports. Good team work spirit and ability to work under pressure.

7. Proficient in both Chinese and English.

8. Experience in technology industry is preferred.
