You will work closely with the business stakeholders and leaders in building a high performing culture and growing the organisation’s talent pool.Job Responsibilities:Partner with the
HR
leadership team to align HR strategy to business objectivesWork closely with
hiring managers to define job requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.Utilise various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events and direct sourcing techniques to identify and attract suitable candidatesConduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills & experienceFacilitate the negotiation process between the hiring team and candidates, ensuring alignment on compensation, benefits and other terms of employmentImprove employee experience and engagement through different touchpoints and communication platformsCoordinate and execute activities relating to manpower/budget planning, salary reviewAdvise line management on HR policies, including recruitment, performance management, career development, and team effectivenessBe part of HR-related projects, when required and other ad hoc projects that may ariseRequirements:Bachelor’s Degree in
any related fieldMinimum
3 - 5
years of
recruitment experience ,
agency background preferredProven track record of sourcing and hiring top talentExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English, additional languages beneficialTeam player, who is mature with good hands-on multi-tasking abilitiesAble to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needsProficient in MS Office and experience working Workday HCM would be idealBenefits
