Roles & Responsibilities
  • Answer Calls and Greet Visitors: Handle incoming calls and greet visitors, directing them as needed.
  • Manage Deliveries and Couriers: Organize local and overseas courier services and receive incoming deliveries.
  • Prepare Meeting Rooms: Book and set up meeting rooms in advance for scheduled meetings.
  • Arrange Travel and Accommodations: Book flights, hotels for management and guests.
  • Support Office Administration: Replenish office supplies, manage business card printing, and ensure office equipment is maintained.
  • Coordinate Events: Assist in organizing company events such as birthdays, festivals, and team-building activities.
  • Maintain Office Cleanliness: Ensure the office is tidy, and handle building maintenance requests when needed.
  • Assist with IT Issues: Work with the IT vendor to solve office tech problems and manage IT equipment purchases.
  • Provide Miscellaneous Support: Handle various ad-hoc tasks such as managing reimbursements, booking restaurants, and supporting management needs.

Requirements:

  • Atleast 2 years experience of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity in Excel tools.
  • Good in communication.
