Our client is a 3rd party full-service supplier of logistics and engineering solutions. Currently, our client is seeking for HR Executive to help up in HR team.
JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)
- Manage the day-to-day HR operations from Recruitments & Selection, on and off-boarding and other Employee relations (grievances and disciplinary matters).
- Administer payroll process and resolve payment issues for overtime, allowances and other incentives, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations
- Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
- Manage work passes administration and management of HDB rented units for staff
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR data
- Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives
- Perform other relevant ad-hoc duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of HR generalist/payroll admin experience preferably in Manufacturing, Logistics or Construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations
- Positive working attitude, team player and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office.
- Experience in Payroll will be advantageous.
- Experience in e-Frontier system will be advantageous.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
