Administration Manager

- Manage, Develop and implement strategic plans and budgets for the organization.
- Overall responsible to oversee day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure the completion on time and quality.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative policies and procedures to enhance productivity and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Should be able to visit construction site frequently to verify the quantities of progress and compare with the projections and analyse.
- Manage budgets, create financial reports, and present budget proposals to stakeholders
- Responsible to manage payment schedules and ensure all payments are made on time.
- Responsible to liaise with clients, customers and closely follow up with the payments.
- Identifies key areas of improvement, plans administrative processes, establishes guidelines, and implements protocols.
- Responsible to manage the accounts of the business, responsible for payments and to follow-up with clients.
- Tracks team performance and ensures quality of work is within acceptable levels.
