Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and expanding our market presence across Southeast Asia in 2025 H2.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients and emerging trends within the human capital sector.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and convert prospects into clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with the management team to create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Sales Strategy: Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance brand visibility through digital marketing efforts.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to the management team.
Qualifications
  • Open to candidates with 'continuous lifelong learning' or 'growth mindset' traits with any relevant academic certificates attained in the past 3 years.
  • Priority given to candidates who can demonstrate exceptional dogmatic qualities towards adaptability or strong work ethics characteristics in previous employment.
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the consulting or human capital sector (internship experience accepted)
  • Strong understanding of the human capital landscape or workforce solutions preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to be work independently and as part of a team, versatile in adapting to both where needed.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
