Our esteemed client is seeking a Desktop and Server Support Specialist to provide technical support, maintenance, and administration for end-user computing devices and server infrastructure. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, manage server operations, and ensure optimal system performance across the organization.


Requirements


The Desktop and Server Support Specialist shall minimally possess the following requirement:

  • Minimum three (3) years of End User Computing Devices (EUCD) Support, ICT End User Computing or Service Desk Agent experience with networking and system administration background;
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft SQL Server administration; and
  • Ability to identify the likely causes of incidents escalated by Level 1 EUCD Support Engineers and apply the known solutions related to these more complex issues.
