  2. Stock Management: Coordinate with drivers regarding any stock shortages to ensure delivery in the next scheduled trip.
  3. Chiller Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of the chiller space allocated for company products, ensuring it is free from expired or damaged items.
  4. Store Collaboration: Build and maintain positive relationships with store staff.
  5. Customer Engagement: Interact professionally and courteously with customers, addressing their questions or concerns efficiently.
  6. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company product range and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  7. Route Planning: Work with the manager to plan and optimize store visit routes, if required.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in merchandising roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with working in a supermarket environment is an advantage.
