Job Responsibilities:

  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Develop SOPs for major clients and ensure necessary training materials being disseminated to relevant parties
  • Analyze in-house systems and engage teams to be train in more than one skills or systems
  • Set training schedule for teams to upgrade their skillsets
  • Expand the relations with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customer in a timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
  • Organize meetings and structural specific goals, targets or objectives for the team
  • To work effectively as part of a team to achieve individual, team and departmental objectives, sharing knowledge and skills as appropriate.
  • To be the one coordinating and managing manpower for his/her team in the event of any staffs’ absence if required
  • To be the person carrying out any disciplinary actions if required
  • To assist the Management for any tasks assigned to from time to time

Key Competencies

  • Well verse in handling and managing License/Bonded/DG Warehouse Inventory and activities.
  • Able to co-ordinate well with Singapore Customs on any related matters
  • Meticulous and experience in License/Bonded/DG clearance permit declarations

Job Requirements

  • GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level or relevant education qualifications
  • Possess knowledge of procedures and relevant systems to carry out daily jobs with ease
  • Possess good communication skills to ensure that customers and internal stakeholders understands the requests/requirements
  • Attentive and detail-orientated
  • Able to work under stress and pressure
  • Good teamwork and problem-solving skills
