Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Customer Service Executive, the Customer Service Officers main responsibility is to handle the billing processes.

Responsibilities:

Perform billing administration and customer service function Ensure invoices are in order and billed correctly Verification of proof of delivery documents Basic administrative duties include filing, scanning, or copying Attend to inquiries from customers

Competencies

Self-starter, positive working attitude, and good team player Able to work independently and handle high volume work under a tight deadline Meticulous with an eye for detail Bilingual in English and Chinese for effective communication with our Mandarin-speaking associates

Requirements:

Minimum GCE "O" Level At least 1 year of related working experience in billing-related functions. Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Excel & Words Availability on short notice preferred

The position will be based at Lim Chu Kang.

Company transport is provided at Kranji MRT Station.
