Role and Responsibilities

  • Strategic Change Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive roadmap for continuous improvement that aligns with long-term business objectives and drives strategic transformation.
  • Lean & Kaizen Excellence: Champion lean methodologies and Kaizen practices to streamline operations, eliminate waste, and deliver breakthrough results.
  • Culture of Innovation: Foster a mindset of innovation and continuous improvement throughout the organization, empowering teams to think creatively and take ownership of their contributions.
  • Recognition & Storytelling: Establish recognition programs to celebrate employee contributions and use storytelling to share success stories that motivate and inspire.
  • Employee Empowerment: Launch and guide employee-led initiatives to encourage participation in process improvements, enhancing engagement and ownership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams and senior leaders to align initiatives with strategic business goals and ensure the successful integration of best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or Lean certification are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years in implementing lean, Kaizen, and large-scale transformation projects that engage and elevate the workforce.
