Location : Bedok North ( nearest-Simei MRT )

Working days : Mon-Friday

Working hours : 9am-6pm

Salary $2500-3300.00 Based on Experience & Qualifications) + Variable Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Duration : Permanent

Industry : Construction / Building / Engineering / steel fabrication

Experience : 2-3 years related field experience .

Responibilities

Accounts :

Accounts Payable: Process invoices, prepare payment vouchers, and ensure timely payment to vendors.

Accounts Receivable: Generate invoices, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts. Submission invoicevia payment platform .

Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records.

Expense Tracking: Record and track company expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly and yearly financial reports.

GST Filing: Assist with GST filing and compliance.

Prepare Monthly salary for 10 pax.

Administration:

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team, such as answering phones, handling mail, and scheduling meetings.

Documentation: Maintain and organize company records, both physical and electronic.

Procurement: Assist with the procurement of office supplies and other necessary items.

Prepare Quotation , following up on enquiry .

Submission of safety document for clearance for site survey .

Application & renewal workers permit with MOM.

Other ad-hoc duties: As assigned.

Requirement :-

Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance,adminstration or a related construction / building / steel fabrication engineering field (preferred)

Proven experience in an accounting or finance & admin role.

Knowledge accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)

Ability to multitask and work independently.

Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
