- Coordinate and administer training and development activities.
- Prepare monthly training reports.
- Involve in annual training plan and review.
- Administer training budgets and grants.
- Provide support in other human resource functions.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent
- 1 – 2 years of working experience in HR functions
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
