*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Student Recruitment:* Provide detailed information about courses, admission requirements, and career opportunities to prospective students. Tailor recommendations to individual student needs and goals, helping them choose the best program for their future.

- *Client Relationship Management:* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and their families. Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to address queries and encourage enrollment.

- *Sales Strategy Implementation:* Execute the college’s recruitment strategies and plans to achieve enrollment targets. Analyze market trends and develop effective recruitment tactics.

- *Marketing and Promotion:* Participate in promotional activities such as education fairs, seminars, and open days. Represent the college and present its programs to attract potential students.

- *Data Management and Reporting:* Maintain accurate records of consultations and follow-ups. Provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities, performance metrics, and areas for improvement.

- *Collaboration:* Work closely with marketing, admissions, and other departments to ensure alignment of recruitment efforts with overall institutional goals.

*Qualifications:*

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

- At least 2 years of experience in sales, educational consulting, or a similar role, with a focus on student recruitment and client relationship management.
