Key Responsibilities:
  • Student Recruitment: Provide detailed information about courses, admission requirements, and career opportunities to prospective students. Tailor recommendations to individual student needs and goals, helping them choose the best program for their future.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and their families. Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to address queries and encourage enrollment.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Execute the college's recruitment strategies and plans to achieve enrollment targets. Analyze market trends and develop effective recruitment tactics.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in promotional activities such as education fairs, seminars, and open days. Represent the college and present its programs to attract potential students.
