Job Responsibilities: As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of our establishments. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading day-to-day restaurant service operations.
  • Motivating and supervising service staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Collaborating with the management team to uphold high service standards.
  • Addressing guest inquiries, managing feedback, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Optimizing table turnover and reservation systems for efficient service.
  • Monitoring inventory and coordinating with the kitchen for timely food service.
  • Training and developing service staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications and Skills: To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the service industry.
  • A team player with a positive attitude.
  • Warm and hospitable personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

Work Schedule:

  • 5-day work week.
  • 55 hours per week.
