As a Vice President within the DataSolution Operations team, you will oversee end-to-end datamanagement, analytics, and reporting for institutional investors.You will lead efforts to ensure data quality, manage business asusual exceptions, and implement strategic solutions. This roleoffers you the chance to collaborate with technology and productteams, support data mining and analytics, and drive data-drivendecision-making across theorganization.

Jobresponsibilities:

• Perform dailyfile monitoring to ensure each dataset and product is delivered toend user and/or client

• Manage Business AsUsual (BAU) exceptions, identifying root cause teams and workingclosely with appropriate teams to resolveexceptions

• Work directly with Technology,Product Owners and Source Teams to identify and implement strategicsolutions

• Support data mining and analytics tohelp define process flow and best practices

•Create the ongoing governance and controls for BAUprocesses

• Create and produce meaningfulmetrics reporting to share with senioraudiences

• Document processflows

• Create Standard OperatingProcedures

• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to derive meaningful insights

• Identifytrends, patterns, and correlations to support data-drivendecision-making

• Facilitate communication andcollaboration across various teams to drive exceptionresolution

Requiredqualifications, capabilities, andskills:

• Bachelor's degree inBusiness, Information System, Technology, or relevantdisciplines

• At least 8 years of experience inFund Accounting, Asset Management, Collateral, Custody, SustainableInvesting, Reference Data, Middle Office, orFinance

• Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills: Ability to analyze complex business problems, identify rootcauses, and propose effective solutions

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability tocommunicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at alllevels

• Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency inusing applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams andOutlook for documentation, data analysis, presentations, andcommunication

• Data Analysis Tools: Proficiencyin tools like Excel, Visio, SQL, Alteryx, querying databases &Confluence

Preferredqualifications, capabilities, andskills:

• Knowledge ofTableau

• Knowledge of Python/JupyterNotebook

• Knowledge/use of Collibra (previouslyOWL DQ)

• Experience working in data managementat an Asset Manager firm

• Fluency in Japanesewill be an advantage to communicate and deal with clients in/fromJapan
