As an Associate in the Data SolutionOperations team, you will monitor and deliver data files andproducts to clients daily. You will work closely with various teamsto identify and resolve operational or technical challenges,ensuring seamless service delivery. This role offers you the chanceto support data mining and analytics, create governance frameworks,and utilize advanced technologies to enhance businessprocesses.

Jobresponsibilities:

• Monitor filesto ensure each dataset and product is delivered to end user and/orclient

• Manage business as usual exceptions,identifies root cause teams and works closely with appropriateteams to resolve exceptions

• Work directly withTechnology, Product Owners and Source Teams to identify andimplement strategic solutions

• Support datamining and analytics to help define process flow and bestpractices

• Create the ongoing governance andcontrols for business as usual processes

•Create and produces meaningful metrics reporting to share withsenior audiences

• Create Standard OperatingProcedures

• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to derive meaningful insights

• Identifytrends, patterns, and correlations to support data-drivendecision-making

• Facilitate communication andcollaboration across various teams to drive exceptionresolution

• Utilize machine learning andartificial intelligence into analysis and business as usualprocedures

Requiredqualifications, capabilities, andskills:

• Bachelor's Degree inBusiness, Information Systems, Technology, or relateddisciplines

• At least 5 years of experience inFund Accounting, Collateral, Custody, Sustainable Investing,Reference Data, or Middle Office

• Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze complexbusiness problems, identify root causes, and propose effectivesolutions

• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills: Ability to communicate clearly andeffectively with stakeholders at all levels

•Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in using applications such asWord, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook for documentation, dataanalysis, presentations, and communication

•Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in tools like Excel, Visio, SQL,Alteryx, querying databases &Confluence

Preferredqualifications, capabilities, andskills:

• Knowledge ofTableau

• Knowledge of Python/JupyterNotebook

• Knowledge/use of Collibra (previouslyOWL DQ)

• Experience working in data managementat an Asset Manager firm

• Fluency in Japanesewill be an advantage to communicate and deal with clients in/fromJapan
